Jostein holds an MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Doctorate Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology.
He has spent more than 30 years in the oil industry, holding various positions from Project Engineer to CEO.
Wolfgang Mathis

He has spent more than 20 years in different engineering positions, holding several leading positions in development, testing and the implementation of products relating to drilling engineering. Mr. Mathis is author of 20+ peer-reviewed publications and holds 9 international patents.
Morten Horneland

Morten has extensive experience in project management and engineering roles within the oil and gas industry, including positions at Baker Hughes, Oceaneering, Schlumberger, and GE Oil & Gas. They have managed complex projects, designed and tested ROV tools, and supported subsea equipment operations. Their education includes a BSc in Petroleum Technology and additional coursework in microeconomics and contract management.
Vidar Strand

Vidar holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and has 20 years of experience in the subsea industry.
Starting as a leader of a vehicle repair shop in the Norwegian Army, he has steadily climbed the ladder, securing key positions in various reputable subsea companies.
